| Benefit Dance/Silent Auction for 4-year old Ryan Miller of Tatamagouche and Family. Ryan Miller is currently receiving treatment at the IWK Childrens Hospital in Halifax.
Dance/Silent Auction will be held at the North Shore Recreation Center in Tatamagouche on February 4th from 8pm-1am. Donations are being accepted at the door and all bar proceeds are being donated to the Miller Family. Music by P4B.

| Learn the basics of digital photography by attending a free afternoon workshop at the New Glasgow Public Library February 7 at 1:30 pm. The public is invited to join landscape painter and amateur filmmaker, Mark Brennan, as he shares his recordings of nature with members of the Pictou County Naturalists Club February 7 at 6:30 pm in the New Glasgow Public Library Community Room. The Pictou Public Library will offer a workshop on using e-readers, tablets and mp3 players February 7 at 6:30 pm. The Stellarton Young Readers Book Club for children in Grades 4-6/ages nine to twelve will take place February 7 from 3:00 to 4:30 pm in the library. |
